Ordered a baked tattie and tuna mayo for dinner tonight, I got a tray of tatties, that were not baked for long enough, with tuna mayo on- no butter and not enough mayo. Last time I ordered a baked tattie I got a large, well baked tasty one. Not sure what happened this time😒5.99 for a few potatoes in a tray is just not good enough, please do better. Also, would like to suggest/ request that you please add some vegan/ meat alternatives to your menu, for example- vegan burger with vegan cheese/ vegan kebab with pitta, salad etc, really easy to source vegan meat alternatives now and to make into tasty meals- would be great to have a few extra options for folk that don’t eat meat/ dairy. Thanks

3 hour wait for a delivery, we realise that it was busy but would have preferred them to call us and keep us informed rather than us having to chase it up. Delivery driver was lovely and very apologetic though.

Food was good, but staff standing outside smoking while our food was late was a put off. Food made up for it.

As a treat for my family I have had to order twice in one pay month because they absolutely adore your kebab wraps, it’s the best we have had within a 50 mile radius for sure. Thank you so very much for your excellent food. Very much appreciated from us all.
